Acheson Jimmie Acheson (1875-12 Apr 1877, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri), includes obit, age 2 years, 2 months, 19 days, died of brain fever, parents James C. & Lizzie H. Acheson.  Burial records obtained by Union Cemetery from Grace Church archives.
Ackerman Henry Ackermann(1830, Pennsylvania-15 Jun 1865, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri), Section 52 Lot 11(Ackerman family plot).  Died of cramp colic (leading to severe dehydration which can result in hypovolemic shock and death), includess obit, 1860's census includes Henry, Sabina, Charles H. Ackerman

Ackerman Joseph Perry Ackerman (16 Feb 1826, Pompey, Onondaga County, New York-9 Jan 1904, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri), Section W6E Row 13 Grave 6, unmarked grave, died rom complication of diseases, survived by son ashley Ackerman, includes obit and death transcript
Ackerman Peter Ackerman (1851, Sweden-18 Jul 1896, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri), plot Potter's Field, survived by brother Gustavus in Brooklyn, New York, died from tuberculosis, includes death transcript and obit
Ackerson Almira Kenyon Ackerson (Jan 1830, Connecticut (?)-3 Feb 1905), Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, Section 1.1 Lot 9A, died from pneumonia, includes obit.  Explanation for birth place edit: Every Census for Almira shows that she was born in Connecticut and the 1830 Census (the year of her birth year) shows the family did live in Connecticut (her parents were Caleb Kenyon and Mathilda Kenyon.  Her next oldest sibling and the one just below her also indicated they were born in Connecticut per records.The birth place of Rhode Island on Almira's Missouri record of death is mistake
Adair David Henry Adair (1838, Ohio-19 May 1904, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri), Section 14.1 Row 8 Grave 14, died from Apoplexy, includes obit, funeral, death transcript, wife Mary E. Robinson Adair and son Charles Adair were born, died and buried in different states, son Emmet is buried in Union Cemetery
Adams Abner C Adams (13 Dec 1871, Montgomery County, Missouri-5 Jun 1905, Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas), Section 14.1 Row 12 Grave 24, died from a fall.  A Workman Killed at the Rock Island Elevator in Armourdale after being blown from a scaffold, 86 ft above the ground, died instantly, includes obit, unmarried, lived with mother.  Gravestone not reported during 1933 or 1986 inscription surveys or 2011 photographic survey of cemetery
Adams Senator Alvarado “Al” Adams (10 Jul 1841, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky-17 Jul 1886,  Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri), Location unknown due to destroyed records, unmarked grave.  Includes an obit and death transcript.  Stage Manager of Coliseum theatre, started vomiting blood and then fell to floor dead at a drugstore.  Early history - Confederate Army soldier, 1861, captured at Zanesville, Ohio and taken to Chicago as a POW.  Studied medicine and graduated in 1864 and practiced medicine in Frankfort, Kentucky but became interested in politics, in 1869 elected Democratic State Senator, 9th District.  Left politics and medicine for the stage and went to New York and was employed at the Bowery as a Stump Orator.  Surviving are a divorced wife and daughter of Cincinnati, Ohio, died from a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.  All cemetery records were destroyed in a fire in the sexton's cottage in 1889 so it is impossible to determine where Adams was buried; no gravestone was reported in the 1933 or 1986 inscription surveys nor the 2011 photographic survey of the cemetery
